Supported Living

Your home. Your choices. Our support.

Supported living is for adults who want to live independently in their own home, with the right support in place. Your home and your support are arranged separately, so your home stays yours and your support is shaped around you.

Your own home

You live in a place that is yours, on your own or sharing with others, and your day runs to your routine, not ours.

Support shaped around you

We plan your support with you and the people who matter to you, around your goals, your preferences and your assessed needs.

Building independence

From cooking and budgeting to getting out into your community, we support you to do more for yourself, at your own pace.

Who We Support

Support for adults with a range of needs

Learning disabilities

Autistic adults

Mental health needs

Consistent, patient support to help you look after your wellbeing, keep your home and stay connected with the people and services around you.

Physical & complex needs

Help with personal care, mobility and long-term conditions, planned around your health needs and the professionals involved in your care.

Getting Started

How we get started

  • A first conversation. You, a family member, or a social worker or care coordinator gets in touch, and we talk through what you're looking for.
  • Getting to know you. We meet you, and the people who support you, to understand your needs, your goals and how you like to live.
  • Your support plan. Together we agree a person-centred support plan that sets out what support you'll get and how it will be delivered.
  • Regular reviews. We review your support with you as things change, so it keeps fitting your life rather than the other way round.
Our Commitments

What you can hold us to

Rather than borrow someone else's words, here is what we commit to for every person we support. Ask us to evidence any of it.

A vetted, trained team

Enhanced DBS checks, right-to-work verification and references followed up for every member of our team, with structured training completed before anyone starts supporting you.

The same faces

We keep a small, consistent team around each person wherever we can, because continuity and trust are most of what good support feels like.

Your voice in your support

You're involved in every decision about your support, and we listen to the people who matter to you. If something isn't working, we change it.
