Pluto BV Health & Social Care provides supported living and health and social care services for adults. We support people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and physical or complex needs to live safely and independently in their own homes.
We believe good support should feel personal, not like a service happening to you. Everything we do starts with understanding the person we're supporting: what matters to them, how they like to live, and what they want to achieve.
