Who we are

What we collect

We only collect what you submit through our forms:

• Contact form: name, email address, subject, and message.
• Apply Now form: name, email address, phone number, role applied for, your message, and your CV file.
• Timesheet form: name, staff reference, week ending date, your uploaded timesheet file, and any notes.

Why we collect it

To respond to enquiries, to process job applications, and to process timesheet submissions from our staff. We do not use this information for marketing, and we do not sell or share it with third parties.

How it's stored

Form submissions, including uploaded CV and timesheet files, are sent directly by email to our team and are not stored in a database or kept in permanent file storage on our website. Uploaded files exist only as email attachments.

Cookies and tracking

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and we do not profile visitors.

The one third-party service on this site is Google reCAPTCHA, which protects our contact, application and timesheet forms from automated abuse. It runs only on those three pages. To tell a person from a bot, reCAPTCHA sets a cookie and sends technical information to Google, including your IP address, browser and device details, and how you interacted with the page. We receive only a pass or fail result, never that underlying data.

This is covered by Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We rely on it as a legitimate interest in keeping our forms usable and our staff's inboxes free of automated submissions. If you would rather not use it, email us at admin@plutobv.co.uk or call 07932 790842 and we will take your details that way instead.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact admin@plutobv.co.uk to make a request.

If this policy changes, the "last updated" date at the top of this page will change too.
